v0.1.0 Beta Release

This code is a work in progress. Everything works as is but additional tweaks are needed. For instance the Post-Build-Commands.exe and the SCCM-Actions.exe have no logic and will continue running without an error. Dell Command and Windows Updater both have logic but have not been heavily tested to my liking.
