fix(frontend): Fix breadcrumb padding

Description

Updated the padding on the breadcrumb to align with the page title in the Model Versions list view.

1. Navigate to Model Registry list view.
2. Click on a model.
3. Verify the breadcrumb is aligned with the page title.
4. Click on a model version.
5. Verify the breadcrumb is aligned with the page title.

Tests N/A, visual updates only.
