That's all the presentment currencies currently supported by Stripe, except the STD because it seems weird to add support for a currency that isn't supposed to be in use anymore. Sadly Stripe doesn't support its replacement the STN.

This branch quadruples the number of currencies donors can choose from, using https://fixer.io/ instead of the European Central Bank's website to get daily exchange rates.
Closes #1288.
