WebP fallback to PNG or JPEG

WebP is supported on Safari only from Safari 14 onwards.

This is not so much of a problem on iOS, because iOS 14 is available on iPhone 6S (2015) and newer devices.
However, on Mac OS, you have to be running not only Safari 14 but also Big Sur, which is officially supported on devices made from 2013 onwards, or unofficially supported on devices made from early 2008 onwards via a patch. Macs might not be recycled as regularly as iPhones.
