Functional LED Matrix UI

New Programmers Welcomed!!!

This is the functional release of the LED Matrix UI, which was built to provide real time interaction with the Adafruit 32x32 LED matrix using a Raspberry Pi. Both the UI and its interaction with the 32x32 LED Matrix display work without issue. The UI is built with Tkinter. This program is used in conjunction with the Adafruit Matrix library.

The project at this point can be greatly improved upon. I would encourage anyone new to programming or new to Python to help contribute to this project. If interested I will create a slack channel where the project can be discussed.
