Problem statement: When a PR is created, if there are any bots to comment on the PR, the comments can be overwhelming if there are multiple pushes and thus lead to multiple comments in the Pull Request.

Solution: Action maheshrayas/action-pr-comment-delete@v1 is intended to delete the older Pull request comments when there is multiple pushes to the same Pull request.
