initial release

This release includes the following changes:

• ssh - tab completion to ssh into a machine
• alias - generate a list of SSH aliases that represents all machines within the EC2 region
• status - list the status of all alive machines within the EC2 region
• set - define values within the configuration files through the cli
• update - update ec2.cli through the cli
• setup - auto install the executable and auto completion scripts
