Pre-release Alpha version

This is a pre-release, alpha version of Foreplot, a decision making platform, featuring multi-criteria decision analysis application.

It is usable in this current state for the basic functions of creating the models, criteria and viewing the results in table and chart forms. However many other features for user management, site management are still very basic.
