Goals

• Ensure wi-fi interfaces and names are filtered.
• Resolves Do not present non wi-fi interfaces and non-AP operational mode wi-fi interfaces from AccessPointManager #84.

Technical Details

• Replace netlink route events with NL80211 events NL80211_CMD_NEW_INTERFACE and NL80211_CMD_DEL_INTERFACE.
• Fix conditional compile flag processing to work for multi-config generators (eg. Ninja Multi-Config).

Test Results

• All unit tests pass.
