This repository contains code that was used in the analyses for the following article:

The main part of the analyses is contained in the file Main_Analysis.R. Structural equation modelling code is in a separate file (SEMs.R). Null models and corresponding statistics were run on an external cluster. Corresponding code is gathered in the folder Nullmodels. Code for running the hierarchical models in Stan is gathered in the folder Stan_models.
