Plotting wrappers: Body-vector orientation

Sub-issue of #282. See the description provided here.

For this one, would recommend first extracting the necessary code to create the angle distribution for the head_vector (as is currently done in the examples). Then, generalise this to accomodate different body parts (by passing in different left and right keypoints, rather than the ears for the head).
