Shuttle (Update): akupara holopad & revamp update

Continuation from #2603, due to my build breaking
The holopad was added and the bridge was given much love to make space for it: beds and shutters were also installed.
New atmos airlock slightly adjusted to allow for emptying cans while flying without getting dragged of into space by it
Mass scanner moved to atmos: it wasn't being useful next to the shuttle console.

Why / Balance

Ship holopads were added. Holopads are awesome and the Akupara is large enough to warrant the installation of one

How to test

-mapping 420 /maps/_NF/Shuttles/akupara.yml and inspect
-purchase the akupara at frontier and inspect
-check the guidebook to see correct power guideline information (26kw)

My previous push was mysteriously lost in the aether. Repushed to resolve.

An utility belt was added into the engine room in lieu of a prefilled maints locker. Players can store it in the empty maints locker themselves if they wish it to be out of sight.

Possible further changes pending based on the status of #3056

Replacement of the Nutrimax vendor with a Service Techfab may be possible if this goes through.

Added Service Techfab. Decided against removing the Nutrimax. People might want to buy the actual spray bottles themselves for the extra conspicuous labelling instead of just filling generic spray bottles and using a hand labeller. It also sells spare syringes, which the Service Techfab can't print. At least not as of now.
