A Companion Repository

All of the data and code to produce the results presented in our paper Inverse Bayesian Optimization: Learning Human Acquisition Functions in an Exploration vs Exploitation Search Task paper are included in this repository. The folder data contains the raw data as well as postprocessed .rds files which can be used to run the analysis. The folder analysis contains folders for each section of the paper, with code to run the analysis and create the figures. The analysis folders for Sections 4 and 5, as well as the Supplemental Material, contain model_output folders with results from some of the more computationally expensive scripts within each of these sections.
