OpenShift UPI Install Helper for Power VS v1.1.3

Enhancements:

• Delete existing var file after variables command is complete
• Clean state file once destroy is completed
• Reduce RUN steps in Dockerfile

Fixes:

• Not display any log during output
• Allow reading options even when unsupported platform
