Description
This PR takes the generic queries from Classification Manager OMVS, and the stewardship queries (retrieval via various classifications and relationships) from Glossary Browser OMVS and adds them to a new service called Classification Explorer OMVS. This is a generic view server service. This means that the URL marker can be subsituted to allow the request to execute as part of any view service.
