3) Resolve conflicts manually in files within your Eclipse or editor of choice (if any)
4) Make changes to code
5) Open GIT->gui
6) Rescan
7) Stage Changed
8) Sign off or modify comments
9) Commit (commits to local copy)
10) Push (commits to remote copy)
