Obisidan comments inside code blocks (%% content %%) disappears

The plugin will erase any content that is inside two percent signs on either side (Start %% a comment %% end => Start end).

Currently it doesn't discern this pattern from when it is inside a codeblock or not. It should not remove the content if it is inside a code block or inline-code.

One possible solution to this is to remove all codeblocks temporarily from the text, before processing obsidian comments, then put the code block back afterwards.

I suspect that my solution in #596 may also solve this issue as it just wholesale preserves codeblocks.
