The plugin will erase any content that is inside two percent signs on either side (Start %% a comment %% end => Start end).
Currently it doesn't discern this pattern from when it is inside a codeblock or not. It should not remove the content if it is inside a code block or inline-code.
One possible solution to this is to remove all codeblocks temporarily from the text, before processing obsidian comments, then put the code block back afterwards.
