feat: add AI assistant

本次 PR 目的

为项目添加 AI 助理功能，可以在网站进行AI交互。

改动内容

• 商务对接，申请账号，在后台添加知识库。
• 按照 RunLLM 的 Web 部署对接文档 完成集成。
• 商务对接，通过邮件和对方负责人联系，将域名加入到对方的白名单中。
