Fixes the bug in: openedx/frontend-app-authoring#1683

Testing instructions

• Disable contentstore.new_studio_mfe.use_new_unit_page waffle flag
• Go to the library home of a library.
• Create a component and add some tags.
• Copy the component.
• Go to a course unit and paste the component.
• Verify that you can see the tag count button after pasting (without refreshing the page)
• Enable contentstore.new_studio_mfe.use_new_unit_page waffle flag
• Go to a course unit and paste the component.
• Verify that you can see the tag count button after pasting (without refreshing the page)
