Helper script to auto-generate API template

https://openproblems.bio/documentation/create_task/design_api.html is a very difficult set of instructions to follow. Since most of this is common to all tasks (as shown in Figure 1), could we generate templates of these files with spaces to fill in the namespace etc?

Apologies, I missed this issue. Could you have a look at the dev version of the docs to see if it makes things more understandable ?

I think it's still overwhelming. Most tasks have the same API, we could definitely auto-generate a good start for a new task.
