it is built as a backend for this chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/browsing-activity-tracker/maialhkckkpdbhimboiimgdgmhlianje
to start using it, add the extension to chrome,
run the project using visual studio, then put the localhost url in the extension options.
