Looks like the CI for the "Code Coverage" step is failing: https://github.com/partiql/partiql-rust-cli/actions/runs/7427044754/job/20211986398#step:4:800.

Perhaps we need to update the "Code Coverage" CI script? The partiql-lang-rust CI script for "Code Coverage" should be working: https://github.com/partiql/partiql-lang-rust/blob/main/.github/workflows/coverage.yml. Maybe we could copy that over?
