Fix GetList for all Proffix Rest-API Versions

Fixed GetList so it will work with all versions of Proffix Rest-API.

Info: Somewhere between v.4.43 and v.4.42 of Proffix Rest-API the location response in headers for endpoint PRO/Liste/{ListenNr}/generieren changed (not documented, breaking change). With this fix all versions should work.
