Would it be possible to link a bio.tools entry (or edam terms)? See https://docs.galaxyproject.org/en/latest/dev/schema.html#tool-xrefs

The former would be sufficient.

The Galaxy (in particular the metagenomics) community tries to add this to as many tools as possible.
