From this point onward the documentation splits into the following:

1. Documentation for the LTS Radix Engine Toolkit which is the toolkit meant for integrators that offers higher backward compatibility guarantees and more stable APIs.
2. Documentation for the regular Radix Engine Toolkit which is slightly more low level and closer to the Rust implementation.
