* epic/MASTIFF: fix: checking for connect failure for reconnect. fix: bitrate tracking cleanup for NPE. fix: setting deviceId constraint as exact to not allow default to overtake. unfortunately Firefox does not like the exact constraint, so some things may be a little fishy there. fix: change to min,ideal to allow OBS on FF. [Fix RED5DEV-903]
