This PR updates the
oauth-apiserverdeployment JSON template according to its latest changes.Context
The JSON deployment template is used to compute the component's spec-hash annotation, which is used by the cluster-authentication-operator to figure out if that object needs to be redeployed. By computing the spec-hash correctly, we can skip additional generations of this object and improve the stabilization time of OCP after a recert run.
