本版是修改自 RooCMS/bootstrap4-tagsinput ，共同源頭是 bootstrap-tagsinput/bootstrap-tagsinput 。

解決以下bug

1. Input顯示樣式與現今Bootstrap不符(4.3.1)
2. 輸入時注音會被喀掉一半
