2.00-testing-branch

testing release (pre-merge) for 2.00 not for production use

Added features

shebang #!/bin/bash (requires system to use bash as the command interpreter instead of the user's default)
sudo test, looks to see if user identifier is 0 (sudo or root user)
comments explaining features in sh script

Features planned for 3.00 or 2.50 release

if it doesn't work please give suggestions in the issues or pull requests and use 1.00 instead
