safe_malloc - Utility to demonstrate writing a wrapper around a library call (malloc(3)). Run with no arguments to get a
default allocation, or run with an argument indicating the size of the array in integer elements.

To build:

make safe_malloc

or with debug statements:

make safe_malloc DEBUG=1
