Migrate Skip Go Docs to this Repo

This PR

1. Migrates the docs from the API repo to the Skip Go repo
2. Updates the widget quick start guide to remove the SwapWidgetProvider step
3. Adds two new pages to the widget section, Common Questions and Recommendations
4. Adds a script to spin up the swagger UI locally with the following command npm run swagger
5. Adds dev and localhost urls in swagger so that when spinning up locally can test all endpoints
