KODIAQ - auxiliary heater switch returning error 500

Zdravím při změně (zapnutí topení) na režim vytápění naskočí chybová hláška. Ke změně parametru a zapnutí topení následně nedojde.

Ještě doplním, že aplikace (oficiální) v telefonu byla funkční a bylo přes ní možné odemknout vozidlo a spustit topení

I can see our integration was trying to stop air-conditioning because state of auxiliary heater was not OFF and also was not HEAT. I need a full trace from that specific time because there is probably some state which is not yet implemented on our side

There should be line in home assistant log with
"XXX mode detected, stopping first - I need to know what state is used as XXX

And because your car doesn't support remote air-conditioning, error 500 was returned when trying to stop ac..

I am sending everything in the log to Myskoda - there is nothing more.

On the screen I send what can be controlled
Heating / ventilation both can be run via the official app

May I know how you download log from HomeAssistant?

If you go to Settings -> System -> Logs (Nastavení -> Systém -> Logy)

You should be able to download full log to your computer using the arrow down key

The trace I need is logged as INFO so it should be there by default.

Should be something like this:
2025-01-23 07:31:23.103 INFO (MainThread) [custom_components.myskoda.climate] xxxx mode detected, stopping first.

Additionally would be great if you can provide me diagnostics report from our integration as well..

if the trace is missing you probably need to add logger into your configuration.yaml file

Really the only thing in the log ( yes I downloaded the whole Settings -> System -> Logs( Settings -> System -> Logs)

If I search for 'myskoda.climate' in the text file, this is all I find. Nothing more sorry

pokud stopa chybí, pravděpodobně budete muset přidat logger do souboru configuration.yaml
