Dear Jeff, team CodeMonkey's skill is titled SSU Directory with invocation name directory. Upon invoking the skill with the key word directory the user receives the following greeting " Hello Welcome to Sonoma State Directory please give me a teacher to search for." the natural response here from a conversational flow standpoint is to flatly say "George Ledin" at which point the user receives this response, "I have located ' + result[0].name + ' say office, phone, or email to hear the answer." the natural response here is to flatly say "phone" at which point the phone number is spit back at the user and the session is ended. If the users asks for phone or office the session is closed but left open in the case of asking for email because there is not supported email SSML tags for Alexa and the use may need to ask several times to the same response due to the fact that it is hard to understand what she is saying.(alexa can either read the email back as any other word formation or spell it out) neither of these is very good. This is not a very natural conversational feel any suggestions comments for us as we approach our final sprint coming this weekend we would appreciate any input.
