- npm
npm install npm@latest -g

Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/tazokuetep24/budget-manager.git

Install NPM packages
npm install

Change git remote url to avoid accidental pushes to base project
git remote set-url origin tazokuetep24/budget-manager git remote -v # confirm the changes
