3rd release of feed-extract.

It now handles Exceptions from writeFile, displays a nice help(ful) message when asked for it and knows its version number by heart! It grows so fast…

This is the second release of feed-extract.

First release of the software, confirmed to work with FeedReader 2.0.2 and QuiteRSS 0.18.4.
