add ABNT2/JIS split right shift for dz60(|v2)

Description

for dz60 and dz60v2:

1. add ABNT2/JIS split (1u-1.75u) right shift
   1. current 'Row 4' options number sequence changed to accommodate
2. removed 2.5 left padding
3. unified each Row 4 arrow layout into single list
