Terminology
Object: Any digital asset/file that is a single item in a collection is called as an object.
Object Forms: The object forms are used to upload/add objects to the MFCS. The objects forms can be created from the form builder. These forms can be exclusive to a specific project or they can be shared among different projects.
Metadata Forms: Metadata forms allow uses to enter attributes(Personal Names, Corporate Names, Locations, Medium, etc.) of the object. Typically, metadata contains single text field but not limited to it. An use-case for the metadata information can be linking these attributes as dropdown or multi select field while creating the object forms. Given, the same vocabulary is needed across different forms then metadata forms can be shared among them.
Projects: Objects are grouped into the projects, these objects that are shared among multiple forms can be queried through an export script. The projects help handling different types of objects created using different forms.
