refactor!: reorganize methods into new namespaces
Methods previously in `xeofs.models` are now categorized into three namespaces: - `xeofs.single` for single-set analysis - `xeofs.cross` for cross-set analysis - `xeofs.multi` for multi-set analysis BREAKING CHANGE: This change breaks the existing API, but functionality remains unchanged.
