Replace all text references of Github to GitHub (#16)

Replace all instances of "Github" with "GitHub" across multiple files.

* **README.md**
  - Replace all instances of "Github" with "GitHub".
* **CONTRIBUITING.md**
  - Replace all instances of "Github" with "GitHub".
* **SECURITY.md**
  - Replace "Github" with "GitHub".
* **package.json**
