There is pretty low coverage of CPE_NAME across the different distros. We've found it's mostly rocky/centos/fedora/redhat/amazonlinux which use the CPE_NAME now.
This PR builds upon #33 to add speculative CPEName for distros when one doesn't exist.
This makes it so that we can get EOL dates for any OS cataloged in endoflife.date
