bakeRefText is a parameter that has been added, allowing the user to ensure that the ref text of each footprint does not change after penalization. It works by creating a phantom ref text that looks identical, and hiding the actual ref text, ensuring that the footprint refs can change as the user wishes with the refRenamer, but the silkscreen itself becomes baked.
Tested on my machine and works great.
