- Get rid of the 'audit' action (we'll let dependabot take care of that) - Get rid of actions-rs actions and hard-code commands instead Now that GitHub runners come with rustup pre-installed there's no need for `actions-rs/toolchain` for instance, and the `actions-rs/cargo` does not bring much in term of new functionality
