Thanks to @hazeltonbw for doing this work. The PR seems to include work outside the description. If that is the case then can you please indicate what PRs would incorporate those changes. The PR can be reviewed once that work is merged and the PR does not show those changes. Another choice is to apply the commits/changes for just this work to create a new PR that is clean. If you wish to discuss or I am missing something then please let me know.

This fix adds a button to restart the OED session if the user gets stuck on an error page.
