Toxicity of compounds displaying activity against non-replicating (NR) mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) prepared at Sydney were assessed using human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, HepG2. Generally, low toxicity was observed with this set of compounds (pIC50 < 4).
