• Week 10/11 Projects Celebration

Sprint Structure

We will be following Agile/Scrum practices. If you are not familiar, you can read up more here. Our sprint cycle will be every 2 weeks.

Week 1

• Client updates (just PM and client to get new requirements)
• Backlog refinement meeting (just PM and TL)
• Sprint Review, Retro and Planning (1-2hr, everybody)

Week 2

• Mid-sprint catchup / standup (1-2 hours)
