Empty commit to rebuild Docker images after repodata patch

Summary:

• py-lief >=15 causes AttributeError: CLASS64 as per Undefined CLASS64 enum using underlying lief==0.16.1 conda/conda-build#5626, leading to lots of failures, e.g. Don't skip Intel Mac mkl-service-feedstock#38, Rebuild for python 3.13 pytensor-suite-feedstock#137
• The workaround for py-lief is a repodata patch fix: pin back lief even more for conda-build conda-forge-repodata-patches-feedstock#966 to pin py-lief<15
• The repodata patch doesn't apply to the current linux-anvil-x86_64 image because py-lief 0.16.2 is already installed there: fix: pin back lief even more for conda-build conda-forge-repodata-patches-feedstock#966 (comment)
• We need to rebuild these Docker images for the repodata patch to properly apply here.

Checklist

• Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
