Addons: Omnicc and WeakAuras cooldown text conflict resolution

How can I disable Omnicc cooldown text in WeakAuras, but keep its animation sweep?

1. Enter Omnicc addon settings, Display tab and disable/uncheck the Default group's Enable cooldown text option.
2. Create a new group, e.g. called "ActionBars".
3. Ensure that under the Display tab for this group that Enable cooldown text is enabled.
4. Go to the Rules tab (you may need to click back and forth with another tab for it to load properly).
5. Add new Group Rules for each possible frame that may contain cooldown text you want to see. For most players these names are sufficient:

ActionButton
MultiBar
BT4Button

This will show Omnicc cooldown text on all Blizzard action bars and anything directly compatible with Blizzard action bar naming, e.g. the Dominos addon, plus the Bartender4 addon.
