The player will have an objective in each area, indicated by Koala's location at a gate which requires the player to deliver food to him to unlock.
These will function as such:
- Player enters area, walks around and explores until they find Koala
- The koala will provide initial dialogue with some story, and a final line giving player objective of bringing them X amount of food. This number will be indicated in the objective after this dialogue
- The player needs to spit out the food in a field near the Koala, and once the player talks to the koala with enough food in the field, a dialogue will play which on finish triggers the gate to open, the Koala to move to the next location, remove the correct number of food from the field, and cause the objective to update.
- If the player talks to the koala before there is enough food in the field, an alternate dialogue will play reminding the player of what they need to do
Stretch(?) goals:
- A fade to black with sfx that can trigger after dialogue to cover the changes that happen when the player has enough food, otherwise the player will just see everything disappear (definitely not the end of the world, but not ideal
