Lattice considerations

Present versions can only work on square lattices

Second phase particle generation

Current version can only generate the following second phase particle geometries:

1. Single lattice site particles (SLSP)
2. Circular clusters of SLSP with varying particle surface fraction (SLSPC)
3. finrous particles

Particle distribution

1. only random distribution of SLSP
2. All SLSPC can only have a single size

Simulation temperature

1. Only working with zero-Kelvin temperature based transition probability
